"Our experience with Open Air was to say the least, "Spectacular"! We were faced with supplying five 600 mules with many accessories in short order for a Lizzy Lift fleet addition four hundred miles away. We contacted a multitude of Kawasaki dealers in a three hundred mile radius, only to find none were interested in our situation. When we contacted Open Air they accepted the challenge willingly. Considering the amount of add on's requested, Bob, Mary, Jason and the Techs of Open Air produced five professionally mastered machines you would swear were created at the Kawasaki factory. On top of it all the machines were delivered three days ahead of schedule. We at Lizzy Lift are very appreciative of the professional and courteous service we received from the Open Air Team. "We bought a Kawasaki Mule from an out-of-state dealer and unfortunately it did not start easily (although it was new, it had sat on the lot for a while). Brought it to Open Air and the machine runs beautifully now. It is like a different machine. All employees we were in contact with were very friendly and helpful. It is refreshing to see a business that cares about their customers. Although we did not purchase the mule at this dealership, from my experience I can say that your service department provides high quality service. "
